Download CF-Auto-Root for Galaxy S3 I747 and extract the Zip file: CF-Auto-Root-d2att-d2uc-samsungsghi747.zip

Download Odin 3.07 and extract the Zip file: Odin 3.07.Zip

Now, Switch off your phone and boot Galaxy S3 I747 into Download Mode by pressing and holding the Volume Down+Home+Power buttons together (long press until the boot screen appear), now press Volume Up key to proceed to Download Mode.
