Motorola One Vision Download Mode:
To boot into download mode, first switch off your Motorola One Vision and press and hold Volume Down+Power button together [long press until a confirmation screen appear]. Now press Volume Up button to boot into download mode. Download mode is required when you wish to update or flash firmware or root your device.

To enter into recovery mode, first switch off your Motorola One Vision and press and hold Volume Up+Power button together [long press until Motorola logo appears on screen, and wait a moment]. From the recovery screen you can do multiple task such as-
