To enter into recovery mode, first switch off your phone and press and hold Volume Up+Power button together [long press until Oppo logo appears on screen, and wait a moment]. From the recovery screen you can do multiple task such as- 

apply update from ADB

apply update from external storage

wipe data/factory reset

wipe cache partition

apply update from cache
